Indiana University Bloomington (IUB) is hosting a week of events about the Sloan Equity and Inclusion in STEM Introductory Courses (SEISMIC) initiative, to be held from October 18 – October 20, 2022. The Week of SEISMIC is a free 3-day hybrid event that includes speakers from multiple institutions that have been involved in transforming STEM undergraduate education. Topics include Large Scale Course Transformations, Using Institutional Data to Inform Change, Fostering Equity in STEM Classrooms, and Student-Centered Approaches STEM Classes.
