Grubhub now accepting CrimsonCash off campus
Access to Grubhub+ means no delivery fees.
It’s official. Grubhub now accepts CrimsonCash as payment, giving all CrimsonCard holders access to more than 280,000 restaurants in 4,000+ U.S. cities. Even better, once you affiliate with your IU campus and add CrimsonCash as a payment option, you’ll get access to Grubhub+, which means no delivery fees! Be on the lookout for an email from Grubhub along with a $10 Grubhub perk.
Here’s how to get started…
- Download the Grubhub app and create an account
- Tap Account > Campus Dining > Select your specific IU campus
- Add CrimsonCash as a payment option by clicking > Payment > Add new Payment
- Order and enjoy your food!
Employees can make a CrimsonCash deposit by authorizing a recurring deduction from each paycheck to be deposited into their CrimsonCash account (Payroll Prepay) or by using a credit/debit card. Employees can also enroll in Payroll Advance, allowing purchases to be made with the CrimsonCard (up to a certain limit). Those purchases are then deducted from the employee’s next paycheck. Terms and conditions apply.
Once you’re set up with Grubhub, make sure funds are in your CrimsonCash account.

In support of the IU Bloomington Open Access Policy, IU Libraries offers open access publishing in IUScholarWorks, and now, data, making research materials freely available to readers around the world, regardless of affiliation.

New: Flat-rate pricing for Pearson eTexts
Plan your spring courses with significant student savings.
Instructors: standalone eTexts from Pearson’s Higher Education catalog are now available for flat-rate pricing of $23.31. This pricing is only available when materials are ordered via IU eTexts.
Most significantly, Pearson pricing is available for every IU course. In spring 2021, across all nine IU campuses, eTexts were used by more than 1,400 instructors in 3,500+ classes, saving students $7 million off list prices.

Microsoft Teams training coming to IU
Virtual training sessions to be provided by Microsoft staff.
Do you have questions about working in Microsoft Teams? Would you like to make your experience using Teams better? Starting mid-October, a training group from Microsoft will be presenting virtual training sessions just for IU users.
Over the course of four weeks, you’ll get guided training in aspects of Teams, including the basics, meetings, project management, and storage. You’ll also be able to ask questions during the sessions and have access to the recording following each session.
