IU is increasing its efforts to offer more mental health resources for students, faculty, and staff on all campuses.

IU’s recently updated mental health website now includes links to relevant student organizations, more categories of support, and clearer descriptions of mental health offerings.

Download statistical analysis software at no charge

A reminder that you can install statistical, mathematical, and qualitative analysis software packages such as SPSS and Stata for no additional cost.

Since this UITS initiative began in July, the number of downloads is three times higher than it was in the prior year, with around 3,000 students, faculty, and staff taking advantage of access to the software.

Google data migrations are in progress

Google My Drive migrations are underway. Due to large data amounts, some migrations are taking from several days to several weeks. As a result, some migrations have been delayed—please watch your email for information about rescheduled migration dates.

Using your CrimsonCard on Grubhub could get scary!

IUPUI and IU Kokomo CrimsonCard users: Make a Grubhub purchase through October 23 with your CrimsonCard and be entered to win tickets to Indy Scream Park. Receive one entry for each order placed. Winners will be notified via university email on October 24.

A purchase is not required to win. CrimsonCard users from IUPUI and IU Kokomo can submit an entry form to win tickets to Indy Scream Park.

Getting started with Microsoft Teams chat 

Are you still using Skype for Business to chat with friends and colleagues around IU? Microsoft is phasing out Skype for Business by the end of 2023, and we encourage you to make the switch to Microsoft Teams chat now. 

Teams allows everyone to share information in a common space. Teams chat is user friendly, with built-in emoji and GIF features.
