Stream the IU software you need with IUanyWare
All students at IU have access to IUanyWare. No matter where you are or what device you’re using, you can stream the IU-licensed apps and software you need—without having to install or download each one or use a VPN.
For help, contact your campus Support Center or go to a local Student Technology Center.
Upcoming Google storage deadlines
Important deadlines are coming up related to Google storage accounts. If you chose to self-migrate or delete your own data, you have until November 21 to get below 5 GB. If you have not requested paid access to Google Shared Drives, on December 1, the quota on your Shared Drive will be set to zero.

Use your CrimsonCard to make payments
Did you know you can deposit funds to your CrimsonCard (it’s called CrimsonCash) and use it to make purchases? It’s accepted as payment on any IU campus, both on- and off-campus, and on Grubhub. It’s incredibly convenient, simple to use, and you’ll get access to a variety of discounts.

Be part of Statewide IT Conference 2023
The next Statewide IT Conference’s theme is “Advancing the IU Universe”—and with your help, the event will surely be out of this world. Submit a proposal today for a preconference or Tech Expo table, a preconference workshop, a breakout session, or a topic table. The deadline to apply is November 30.

Spring courses to feature accessibility review tool
Spring semester courses will include Ally, a tool that integrates with Canvas to provide insight into the course’s accessibility. Ally does not make any changes to the original content and does not show the results to students; it works with you to create alternate, accessible course content. Ally produces accessibility scores and gives feedback on how to improve your score.
What to do if your Teams meeting needs ASL
What steps do you need to take if you are hosting a Microsoft Teams meeting that needs American Sign Language (ASL)? The IU Knowledge Base (KB) now features best practices and instructions for how to host a Teams meeting with an ASL interpreter. The KB also provides advice for hard-of-hearing ASL users who are attending a Teams meeting.
