CrimsonCard outage January 4-7

UITS news for December 15, 2021

CrimsonCard outage Jan. 4-7

Plan ahead so the outage won’t affect your transactions.

The CrimsonCard system will undergo a maintenance upgrade between Jan. 4 and Jan. 7, 2022. During this period, CrimsonCard services may be intermittently unavailable including card production, card suspension, account inquiries, CS Gold API, and financial transactions such as purchases, deposits, and printing.

The upgrade should not impact existing cardholders who use a CrimsonCard for access to an on-campus building. Temporary cards issued to Bloomington Residential Programs and Services students may experience intermittent access outages.
