Test your gaming skills at LAN War 39

Register now for LAN War 39, a bring-your-own PC gaming event on April 15, 10am-10pm, at Hodge Hall on the Bloomington campus. The $20 admission fee includes food and drinks, an event T-shirt, and prizes.

Presented by UITS and Gaming@IU, the event has occurred in the fall and spring semesters since 1999.

What to do if you experience or witness bias

A bias incident is any conduct, speech, or expression motivated in whole or in part by bias or prejudice and meant to intimidate, demean, mock, degrade, marginalize, or threaten. If you experience, witness, or are aware of a bias incident, submit a report.

Tax season brings out the scammers

Tax season brings an increase in scams to steal your assets with fraudulent returns. The University Information Security Office urges the IU community to be wary of suspicious emails or calls aiming to trick you into revealing sensitive information such as credentials or tax documents.

Speed Dating with Learning Technologies is a virtual matchmaking event where participants have eight to nine minutes to “speed date” a specific tool or service before meeting their next “date.”
