UITS news for June 28, 2023
We want your tech opinions
Do you love tech or do you consider it a necessary evil? We know you have opinions—that’s why we formed the Student Technology Advisory Committee (STAC). We’re looking for students from all majors and backgrounds to give us candid feedback about technology at IU. Meetings are once a month and begin in September 2023. Interested? Complete the STAC interest form.
What’s in a domain?
IU is consolidating high-level website names under the iu.edu domain. The effort is part of an ongoing Digital Strategy Initiative, which aims to improve IU’s digital presence.
Domains for IU Southeast, IU Northwest, and IU Bloomington have already changed to southeast.iu.edu, northwest.iu.edu, and bloomington.iu.edu. East, South Bend, Kokomo, and Fort Wayne campus domains will change by the end of July.
