Kenneth Dau-Schmidt

Kenneth Dau-Schmidt is the Willard and Margaret Carr Professor of Labor and Employment Law at the Maurer School of Law and a nationally recognized teacher and scholar on the subjects of labor and employment law. He is available to comment on President Biden's recent executive order requiring all businesses with more than 100 employees to mandate workers be vaccinated for COVID-19 or face weekly testing.
