Expert Bio

Mark Levin is a clinical associate professor at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, with extensive professional experience in local government management and teaching experience in public management and government budgeting.

Levin was the city administrator of Maryland Heights, Missouri, from 1985 to 2015. He is an active member of the International City/County Management Association, is an ICMA credentialed manager and has received many awards for his record of public service, including the Lifetime Public Service Award from the East-West Gateway Council of Governments, ICMA’s 40 Year Service Award and ICMA’s Professional Award for Career Development.
