David Wild

Expert Bio

David Wild is director of Data Science Academic Programs and leads the Integrative Data Science Laboratory at the IU Luddy School of Informatics, Computing and Engineering, developing advanced data science technologies for health care, drug discovery, translational medicine and other applications. He co-founded and is CEO of Data2Discovery Inc., a data science company with a mission to transform health care through revolutionary data intelligence.

Wild has a B.Sc. in computing science and a Ph.D. in computational drug discovery. He worked for several years in the pharmaceutical industry before joining Indiana University in 2004.
