Michael Ing completed a master's degree in theological studies at Harvard's Divinity School in 2005 and earned a Ph.D. from Harvard's East Asian department in 2011. Since coming to Indiana University he has completed two books. In 2012 he published "The Dysfunction of Ritual in Early Confucianism" with Oxford University Press, and in 2017, Oxford published "The Vulnerability of Integrity in Early Confucian Thought."View full bio
