Philip Goff is Chancellor’s Professor of American Studies and Religious Studies, director of the Center for the Study of Religion and American Culture, and co-editor of Religion and American Culture: A Journal of Interpretation.

He has authored or edited more than 40 books or journal issues and more than 150 articles, chapters, papers and reviews. His specialization is American religious history, focusing on the Enlightenment and religious radio.
