Expert Bio

Tony Armstrong serves as president and CEO of the Indiana University Research and Technology Corp. and as associate vice president in IU’s Office of the Vice President for Engagement. Armstrong and his team at IURTC work with IU faculty, staff, students and alumni to commercialize their innovations by establishing startup companies. He has helped to establish and lead both the $10 million IU Innovate Indiana Fund and the $15 million IU Philanthropic Venture Fund.
