Expert Bio
Mary Lay manages the Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program at Indiana University Bloomington. The program provides training, technical assistance and guidance for prevention providers treating problem gambling and addiction.
Lay has 30 years of experience in public health. She has aided in planning all aspects of events large and small. She is versed in using strategic planning, targeting community needs, and using data and assessment when making decisions.
