Expert Bio

Bruce Lamb is the Roberts Family Chair of Alzheimer’s Disease Research and executive director of the Stark Neurosciences Research Institute at the IU School of Medicine. His laboratory conducts basic and translational Alzheimer's disease research with a focus on immune pathways.

He is a lead principal investigator of the NIH-funded Model Organism Development and Evaluation for Late-onset Alzheimer’s Disease (MODEL-AD) consortium.

Lamb has received numerous awards, including the Zaven Khachaturian Achievement Award; is a fellow of the American Association for Advancement of Science; and is currently the vice-chair of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Group of the Alzheimer’s Association.
