Jean Harper

Jean Harper teaches writing and nonfiction writing at Indiana University East. She has published two award-winning memoirs: “Rose City: A Memoir of Work” (2005) and “Still Life with Horses” (2017).

Harper’s writing has appeared in The North American Review, Iowa Review, Florida Review and elsewhere. She has received support for her writing from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Indiana Arts Commission and others.
