Expert Bio
Robert F. Mulligan is a professor of economics at Indiana University East. He primarily teaches macroeconomics, statistics, and international economics. His research interests include business cycle analysis, market process theory, the maritime industry and financial market analysis.
Mulligan has a Ph.D. in economics from SUNY Binghamton and an Advanced Studies Certificate in international economic policy research from the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in Germany. His undergraduate degree is a B.S. in civil engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
