IU faculty and staff using a valid IU email address can enter to win a copy of “Murders that Made Headlines: Crimes of Indiana,” a book printed by IU Press.
The book reveals some extraordinary but forgotten true events that captured the state’s attention in the course of the last 200 years. Author Jane Simon Ammeson recounts the astonishing and sometimes bizarre stories of arsenic murders, Ponzi schemes, prison escapes, perjury and other shocking crimes that took place in the Hoosier state.
