IU faculty and staff using a valid IU email address can enter to win a copy of “The Bad Food Bible: How and Why to Eat Sinfully” by Aaron Carroll.
The book outlines foods and ingredients often associated with unhealthy eating habits and explains why some of these foods aren’t actually “bad” to eat. Carroll is a professor of pediatrics and associate dean for research mentoring at the IU School of Medicine, and director of the Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Comparative Effectiveness Research.
The contest opens 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, and closes 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2018. One contest entry per IP/email address.
