Indiana University employee parking permits for the 2018-19 academic year are now available for renewal or purchase.
Employees can renew or purchase a one-year permit online through the IU Parking Portal; payment can be made via payroll deduction or credit card. Employees with a multiyear permit do not need to take any action. Multiyear permits are good through June 30, 2020, and will auto renew on July 1.
Employees will need to provide a vehicle license plate number to purchase a permit. Vehicles can be added or removed from an account at any time throughout the academic year, but it isn’t necessary for short-term use like renting or borrowing a car.
Beginning June 1, you can use your Crimson Card to pay for your parking fees in the following locations:
IU Bloomington Parking Operations office.
Multispace meter kiosks at IU Bloomington, IUPUI and IU Southeast.
Garages at IU Bloomington and IUPUI.
Traveling between campuses? On IU Parking Operations’ Intercampus Parking webpage, select the campus you’re visiting, then select the campus your parking permit is from; the site will tell you where to park with your permit on another IU campus. Maps of parking lots and garages for IU campuses are available on the IU Parking Operations website as well.
