Fighting the fatigue of finals

Dec 4, 2019

Now that you’re back from Thanksgiving break, you can see the light at the end of the semester’s tunnel.

But upon further review, you see that light is actually coming from the headlights of a train called finals week – and you’re on a collision course.

While your finals may seem daunting, know that keeping a level head will go a long way to helping you pass them. While that’s easier said than done, here are a few events around campus that’ll help relieve stress during Stress Busters Week.

Mindfulness Meditation

All this physical exercise will release the endorphins your body needs to regulate your mood, but it’s important to not neglect your mental health as well. Thankfully, you can drop in for a free session called Mindfulness Meditation every Friday from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in Suite 220 of Walker Plaza to practice various meditation exercises.

Try some of these options and you’ll not only feel better about your physical health, but you’ll be busting stress like Teddy Roosevelt busted trusts.
