Did you know you can use your CrimsonCard to make purchases?
You can deposit funds to your CrimsonCard (it’s called CrimsonCash) and use it to make purchases. It’s accepted as payment on any IU campus, both on- and off-campus, and on Grubhub! It’s incredibly convenient, simple to use, and you’ll even get access to a variety of discounts. To get started, visit crimsoncard.iu.edu, and click on Manage Your ID Card.
Join IT Training to talk about different Microsoft 365 topics every Tuesday and Thursday. Some of June’s webinars include Microsoft Teams: Managing permission for team-owned files for non-team members, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft To Do, Bookings with Me, and Excel: Charts & Graphics.
Registration now open for fall 2023 EdCert classes
Save the dates for fall 2023 EdCert classes. EdCert offers IT courses to IU employees and students at fixed pricing substantially below costs to the public sector. Taught by certified IU employees, classes are online only and will meet 8:30am-4:30pm ET.
Please note there are three classes left in the spring schedule with spaces available!
Did you know you can connect your CrimsonCard to your paycheck?
Payroll Advance allows eligible IU employees to have CrimsonCard purchases deducted from their next paycheck. But don’t worry, there are limits. Biweekly employees can spend up to $75 per pay period and monthly employees up to $150.
To enroll, log in to your CrimsonCard account and check the box to instantly enroll in the program, then begin making purchases.
