Welcome to Exchange email
Use Exchange now for emailing, but it could take a few days for all items to migrate from Gmail.
Exchange Online is now the official university email for all IU students. Going forward, use Exchange to send and receive email messages. Be aware, it could take time for all of your Gmail items to migrate over to Exchange.
If you need help getting into your email account, view some short, how-to-videos for several different devices and operating systems.
New to campus this summer?
Download the IU Mobile app.
The IU Mobile app helps you navigate your campus, view your class schedule, and search for people, places, or One.IU apps.
The app also allows you to access your CrimsonCard balance, clock in and out of your job with Kuali Time (check with your supervisor for availability) and check out athletic events.

New IU Bookstore portal now open
IU eTexts is helping with the bookstore transition.
The new IU Bookstore portal is now open for ordering course materials from the Follett Higher Education Group. The IU eTexts team can help with the transition.
If you placed an order for a late summer or fall class in the previous portal, you must still submit a new order through the Follett portal. However, you do not need to cancel previous orders.
Registration open for Teach, Play, Learn conference
The June 24 event will be held at IU Kokomo.

Keynote speaker Dr. Ted Castronova, from the Media School at IU Bloomington, will ask why you don’t play your life the way you play games—with focus and a single-minded hunt for the best moves.
