Apple users urged to update devices
Apple has released emergency security updates to fix multiple vulnerabilities in their products, including iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers. The most severe of these vulnerabilities would allow an attacker to remotely execute commands on an affected device, taking complete control over it.
Update your Apple device as soon as possible to macOS 12.5.1 and iOS 15.6.1.
Google storage limits coming Aug. 26
Due to changes coming to Google storage by the end of 2022, all Google at IU My Drive accounts currently below 4 GB of total storage will be set to a 5 GB limit on Friday, August 26. This limit ensures that accounts do not increase IU’s storage usage. Microsoft OneDrive is the recommended option for large files. For help, attend 10am Wednesday coffee hourson Teams.

It’s important to read IU emails
Read your Exchange email. It’s IU’s official way of communicating with you. Exchange is also the best way for you to email fellow students, faculty, and staff.
By using Exchange email, your messages are much less likely to get caught in IU spam filters. If you forward your emails to other email platforms, your messages may get caught in spam filters.
