Win $2,000 in the Safer Together video contest
Create a short, compelling video using archival IU library footage to raise awareness about modern street safety, and you could win up to $2,000. Winning videos will be used in fall 2023 IU ad campaigns.
From 2018 to 2022, Bloomington recorded more than 400 bike or pedestrian collisions (including scooters). Videos must be submitted by midnight May 21.

We want your tech opinions
Do you love tech or do you avoid it as much as possible? We know you have opinions—that’s why we formed the Student Technology Advisory Committee (STAC). We’re looking for students from all majors and backgrounds to give us candid feedback about technology at IU. Meetings are once a month and begin in September 2023. Interested? New IU Bloomington CrimsonCard office now open
A new CrimsonCard office has opened in the Wells Library Learning Commons (room W138) on the IU Bloomington campus. Previous offices located at the IMU and Wells Library fourth floor are now closed.

Find your perfect tech match
Speed Dating with Learning Technologies is a virtual matchmaking event where participants have about nine minutes to “speed date” a specific tool or service before meeting their next “date.”
Matchmakers (presenters) include staff from UITS Learning Technologies and other key partners.

Cultivate digital literacy across IU
Incorporate digital literacy into teaching. Apply to be a fall 2023 Digital Gardener Faculty Fellow. Fellows will build individual skills, develop curriculum materials, and work collaboratively across campuses and disciplines. Fellows receive stipends. Open to faculty across IU, regardless of rank, discipline, or campus. Open to staff working in roles directly supporting teaching and learning. Application deadline is May 12.
