Clark Barwick is a faculty member in the Kelley School of Business and an affiliate faculty member with the IU Food Institute, African Studies, and IU’s Center for Research on Race and Ethnicity in Society. He researches and teaches on the history, economics and cultures of coffee, and his work is particularly attuned to human rights and ethical sourcing within the global coffee trade. Barwick’s research and teaching have garnered international, national and local recognition.
