Expert Bio

Kevin Jones is an associate professor of management at IUPUC. He is a human resource development leader who applies organizational development practice and organizational communication theory to deliver results for organizations. He has over 25 years of experience working to transform organizations to improve performance and productivity, with experience in leadership, management and human resource development roles.

To facilitate student engagement, he seeks to inspire and challenge students to apply the concepts covered in his courses, with the goal of bringing students a “real world” practitioner’s perspective supported by leading-edge research.
