Dr. Tochukwu Iloabuchi is physician board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine, a clinician educator and faculty at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has developed several innovative curricula and has multiple on-going grants, including the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Project sponsored by Health Resources and Services Administration. He is interested in supporting older adults, especially socioeconomically disadvantaged older adults, to age successfully.
He has an outstanding publication in the Journal of American Geriatrics Society on “Risk Factors for Early Hospital Readmission in Low-Income Elderly Adults.” He was among U.S. News & World Report’s Top Doctors in 2016.
