Darren Ficklin

Expert Bio

Darren Ficklin is an assistant professor in the Department of Geography at Indiana University. His current research focuses on the intersection of hydrology and climate.

He received his B.S. in geological sciences at Indiana University and then went on to get his M.S. in geology at Southern Illinois University and Ph.D. in hydrologic sciences at the University of California-Davis. After completing his Ph.D., he stayed in California and completed his postdoctoral work at Santa Clara University.
