Dr. Tarah Ballinger is an assistant professor of clinical medicine in the IU School of Medicine’s Department of Medicine and is the Sheila D. Ward Scholar in Oncology. Her clinical practice with the IU Simon Cancer Center and Catherine Peachey Prevention Program focuses on breast oncology and breast cancer prevention. Her research is centered around how body composition and physical activity affect patients across the cancer continuum, from prevention to late-stage disease.
