Mona Mirehie is an assistant professor in the Department of Tourism, Event and Sport Management at IUPUI. Mirehie’s current research considers well-being outcomes of travel and recreational sport participation with a particular focus on mass-participation community sport events. Mirehie is an active member of several professional organizations including the Academy of Leisure Sciences and the National Society for Sport Management.
