Matt Josefy is an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He teaches the core strategy class for juniors in the honors program. He is a CPA and a CFA charterholder.

His research, which examines resource acquisition, corporate governance and organizational size, has been published or is forthcoming in Academy of Management Annals, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies.
