Raj Selladurai

Raj Selladurai is an associate professor of management in the School of Business and Economics at IU Northwest. His research interests focus on the areas of servant leadership, business-health care collaboration, and high-speed rail/supply chain management. He also serves as Small Business Institute director for the School of Business and Economics and has directed several consulting projects in Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area.

Health care reform in the U.S. is an ongoing, significant national initiative with strategic policy implications affecting several millions of stakeholders in the U.S. Selladurai led a project team on a book project, “Challenges and Opportunities for Healthcare Reform” (IGI Global), and received an invitation to participate in Harvard University’s “What’s next for U.S. healthcare reform?” seminar at Harvard University School of Public Health.

Selladurai has over 30 years of academic and professional business experience, including completing a professional certificate in servant leadership at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a certificate in organizational behavior at Harvard Business School. He has also taught business management courses as a visiting professor at universities in Austria and Switzerland.

He has published several papers, chapters and case studies in various management- and operations management-related business publications and journals, including co-editing the books “Servant Leadership: Research and Practice” and “Emerging Challenges and Opportunities of High Speed Rail on Business and Society,” which was published by IGI Global Inc.
