Expert Bio
Bill Blomquist joined the Department of Political Science in 1987. He teaches American politics, constitutional law and public policy and occasional courses on Indiana politics and research methods. His research focus is on management of water resources.
He is associate editor of the Water Resources Research journal and a member of the Policy Studies Journal editorial board. Blomquist attended Ohio University from 1975 to 1979 and received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in economics, and a Master of Arts degree in political science. He received his Ph.D. in political science from Indiana University Bloomington in 1987.
