Expert Bio

Stephanie M. H. Moore is lecturer of business law and ethics at the IU Kelley School of Business in Bloomington. Her areas of interest and expertise include business ethics, conflict resolution, critical thinking and advocacy. She is specifically interested in how diversity improves business outcomes.

Before joining the Kelley School, she served for four years as a federal law clerk for Judge Monroe G. McKay, United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. She also worked in advertising, sales and marketing, and at IU’s Office of Student Conduct. Moore has served on the board of several local nonprofits and as an Indiana University Title IX hearing panel officer.

She graduated first in her class from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law at IUPUI. She also holds degrees in English and telecommunications from Indiana University and is a registered domestic relations mediator. She has taught advanced legal writing for the IU Maurer School of Law and frequently serves as a case competition judge, panelist and facilitator.
