Expert Bio

Nancy Lipschultz, an associate professor in the Department of Theatre, has been a professional actor for 38 years and a professor for 25 years. She has worked as a voice coach for the IU Maurer School of Law and also coaches at the Jacobs School of Music. Her professional credits include Broadway, Off Broadway, New York City Opera and many regional theaters. She is the voice and dialect coach at Indiana Repertory Theatre.

In 2018, she became a Patsy Rodenburg Associate master teacher. She is also a professional actress and has worked in New York, Chicago and Internationally. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Actors Equity Association, AFTRA and VASTA.
