Expert Bio
D. Eric Schansberg is a professor of economics at IU Southeast in New Albany. He is the author of two books on public policy: “Poor Policy: How Government Harms the Poor” and “Turn Neither to the Right Nor to the Left: A Thinking Christian’s Guide to Politics and Public Policy.” He has also written numerous academic journal articles and dozens of popular-press articles on public policy. He earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
