Jamie Prenkert

Jamie Darin Prenkert is an associate vice provost for faculty and academic affairs for the Bloomington campus, as well as the Charles Hewitt Professor of Business Law in the Kelley School of Business. His research focuses on employment discrimination, workplace harassment, retaliation and whistle-blowing, and multinational businesses’ responsibility to respect human rights. He was previously a senior trial attorney with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he litigated employment discrimination cases in the public interest before the United States federal courts.
