Colin Elliott is associate chair and associate professor in the Department of History. His published work covers a range of issues: money, climate change, and plagues in the ancient world, especially the Roman Empire. He has done media appearances with MSNBC, CNBC and local news affiliates.
He previously taught at Washington and Lee University in Virginia and the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom.
