Marlene Walk is an assistant professor of nonprofit management at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI. Marlene holds a Ph.D. in social welfare from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice. She researches and publishes on human resource management, volunteering and volunteer management in nonprofit organizations as well as on organizational change and the effects of change on employees.
