Presidential search update

Armed with feedback from a series of town halls, the search committee for the next IU president is reviewing candidates and will soon begin scheduling interviews.

At their December meeting, the trustees approved the first Bachelor of Arts in artificial intelligence to be offered in the United States.

The board approved the appointment of Tamela Eitle as dean of the Indiana University School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI, effective Jan. 1.
