Lingelbach Lane: The north portion of Lingelbach Lane will be closed May 26 to June 15. The road will remain open from the south to allow access to Redbud Hill Apartments and the bus stop at the Evermann Apartments. The south portion of Lingelbach Lane will be closed from June 8 to 15. The road will remain open from the north off 17th Street, allowing access to parking for the Redbud Hill, Evermann and BBHN apartment complexes.
Rose Avenue: The road will be closed June 14 to July 6. Rose Avenue will be one-way traffic northbound, or from Third Street to Seventh Street, for the duration of the project. Access to the Willkie Quadrangle drop-off loops will remain open, as will access to Forest Quadrangle's east lot and the education building.
Smith Research Center parking lot: The bulk of the Smith Research Center parking lot will be closed June 23 to July 7, though a portion of the lot will remain open for the duration of the project.
Forrest Avenue parking: About six parking spaces immediately west of the School of Public Health-Bloomington will be closed June 28 to July 16 for wall repair.

Maxwell Hall sidewalk: The sidewalk from the circle drive next to Maxwell Hall extending to Owen Hall will be under construction May 8 to June 26.
Wells Quad: Sidewalks, parking and building access will continue to be restricted in Wells Quad, particularly for Goodbody and Memorial halls, through June 30 for renovations and new construction. The halls are being repurposed from academic space into student housing. Both facilities were originally built as residence halls: Memorial was the first IU-constructed women's dorm in 1924; Goodbody, originally named Forest, opened in 1936. The renovated space will include 182 beds and a 200-seat dining hall.
Read Hall: The second phase of a renovation project, expected to wrap up in July, will install central air conditioning for all rooms, as well as upgrade restrooms, windows, elevators and the roof.
Forest Quadrangle: The renovation project, expected to finish in June 2018, includes new windows, restrooms, and mechanical, plumbing, electrical and security access systems.
Construction work will continue through this fall at the Kelley School of Business Conrad Prebys Career Services Center, Ray E. Cramer Marching Hundred Hall, the Indiana Memorial Union's Biddle Hotel and Luddy Hall. Renovation work at Swain East and West will continue through spring 2018, while the Memorial Stadium Excellence Academy project will extend through summer 2018. Work also is expected to begin later this summer on an Auxiliary Library Facility addition and renovations to the Eskenazi Museum of Art.
