The board of directors of the Indiana University Building Corp. (IUBC) will meet at 1 p.m. Dec. 16 in Room 215 of Bryan Hall on the Indiana University Bloomington campus.
It will take action on a resolution to authorize financing via the issuance of one or more series of Lease Purchase Obligations for Wilkinson Hall and the Academic Health Sciences Building on the Bloomington campus, Innovation Hall on the IUPUI campus and current and/or advanced refundings.
The board will also consider a resolution to establish Indiana Building Corp. II, LLC (IUBC II).
